Investment & FAQs

Let’s be real, therapy is an investment in YOU.

You deserve to do something for you that can have a positive, lasting impact on your life. This may be hard to believe, especially if you were taught to deny your own needs and put the needs of others before you own.

You are worthy of having your needs met.

My goal as your therapist is to provide you with tools to help you on your journey long after you’re done in therapy. Therefore, therapy can be for the short-term and have lifelong ripple effects. If you’re ready to start investing in you, schedule a free consultation with me today.

Initial 20 Minute Video Consultation

During this meeting we will discuss what is bringing you in for therapy, your therapy goals, and any questions you have for me. The purpose of this meeting is for you to get to know me and see if I’m a good fit for your needs.

60 Minute Intake Session

Prior to this meeting, I will send you some paperwork via email to be filled out online. During this meeting we will go over the paperwork and then I will ask you a lot of questions to get to know you. By knowing what makes you you, I am then able to determine the best strategies to help you in therapy.

50 Minute Session

During these weekly meetings we will address your therapy goals and talk about any pressing issues you are experiencing. In order to make some traction toward your goals, I like to meet weekly for at least 4 sessions. After that we may determine to meet every other week, depending on your goals and how you are doing day to day.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t take insurance. This provides more freedom to be creative in sessions. I am happy to provide you with a superbill form to give to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. That means you’re responsible for the fees at the time of your session. I accept all major credit cards, health savings account cards (HSA), and flexible spending account cards (FSA); cards are automatically charged after the session.
